We are a national autism charity seeking an ambitious, fun and highly motivated intern to assist with social media and marketing.

Marketing & Social Media Internship

Assignments will include:

Cultivating and writing content for campaigns, events, and daily social media for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and E-newsletter
Drafting social media posts for celebrity ambassadors
Assistance with editing and posting website content*
Assistance pulling analytics for reporting
Assistance publishing bi-monthly e-newsletters*

Training will be provided on how to manage our newsletter and website platforms.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Pages or one graphic program is required
Has a natural ability and eye for good design layout
Excellent writing skills, including creative writing
Creative thinking
Detail oriented
Team player
Punctual and accountable
Positive attitude to learn new skills and latest marketing tools/technology
Knowledge of social media websites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube (especially if you've used these platforms to promote something)
Organization and time management is key as there will be deadlines for the website, newsletters and campaigns
Experience with email marketing, blogging, HTML/CSS, photo editing, and Adobe
